Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Because each order is custom-made for your event, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including:
- Event date
- Shipping address
- Product quantities
- Uploaded logos, artwork, or QR codes
- Custom text and personalization
Nex Tech LED is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork, spelling, or event details once production has started.
If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
