Thank you for choosing Nex Tech LED! Because many of our products are custom-made for each event, please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
Most orders are custom-produced after your purchase is confirmed. Production times vary depending on product type, order quantity, customization requirements, and current production schedules.
Estimated production timelines will be provided during checkout or confirmed after your order is placed.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using a trusted carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated during checkout.
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Holidays or peak shipping periods
Nex Tech LED is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
Expedited Orders
If you have a specific event date or require expedited production or shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Nex Tech LED is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and products (if damaged)
- A description of the issue
We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select orders.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
